Mi Pueblito Cafe was established in 2012 by Betty Ledesma with the idea of creating a quality restaurant with authentic home made mexican food. Just like grandma had prepared as she was growing up in "Mission Valley" of El Paso. Grandma's specialties were of course menudo, chile colorado con carne, huevos rancheros, carnitas & green chicken enchiladas.Yummm they were delicious and you too can experience these sumptuous delites (and others) At Mi Pueblito Cafe today.
